The Bodyworx Smith Machine has proper linear bearings and can hold up to 450kg's on the bar!  It comes with everything; top quality adjustable bench, lat/row combination, pec dec, preacher and leg ext/curl (with seperate attachment holder). You can push yourself to fatigue on a Smith machine which gets results and it is completely safe!
